Woman in manic episode with access to knives at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a home near Walnut Hill Drive in Tewksbury for a reported mental health crisis involving an adult woman who appeared to be in a manic episode and had possible access to kitchen knives. Law enforcement and medical personnel coordinated on scene and considered transport for psychiatric evaluation.
