Juvenile in crisis reported near Mallard Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a juvenile complaint near Mallard Ave. Caller reported a juvenile was combative, off medication, and making threats of self-harm (including threatening to jump in front of a vehicle). The juvenile reportedly damaged a wall, left the residence toward a nearby park (direction unclear in audio), and reportedly tried to take a gun that was secured.
