Suspicious person reported near Highway 146

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man in the Kemah area. A bald man in a light blue sleeveless shirt and dark pants was reportedly seen lying on the sidewalk and last seen walking north along Highway 146 near a local restaurant a few minutes earlier. Units requested any available license plate information.
