Neighbors reported for harassing resident at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment complex near Blue Ray Drive where a resident reported an ongoing dispute with neighbors. She stated that teens have been coming to her door to antagonize her and that a disturbance also occurred the previous week. The teens had left before officers arrived.
