Littering and marijuana odor at Domino’s parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a pizza restaurant parking lot near Independence Avenue for a report that someone in a white SUV was throwing trash from the vehicle and that there was a possible marijuana odor coming from the SUV.
