Unconscious elderly man struggling to breathe in South Kent

As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance and medical units were dispatched to a location on Sumner Road near South Kent Road in South Kent for a report of an eighty-two-year-old man who was unconscious and having difficulty breathing but still breathing.
