Reckless gray Lincoln swerving into oncoming traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received reports of a gray Lincoln driving recklessly westbound on Highway 1431 into Kingsland from Burnet County, swerving into oncoming traffic and nearly hitting a deer near a bank.
