Juvenile with breathing difficulty treated behind jail

As discussed during the dispatch call, a juvenile was reported with possible breathing difficulty behind the jail at North 3rd Street, Kingston. Emergency responders including Kingston Fire assisted; the patient used an inhaler and was alert but refused further treatment.
