Male experiencing chest pain and dizziness at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a home near Laurel Vista Drive in Kingwood for a man with apparent chest pain, throat and neck pain, arm discomfort, dizziness, and sweating. Radio reports indicate he has a history of heart problems, diabetes, and high blood pressure and had taken nitrates and aspirin before EMS arrival.
