Woman walking with hammer on West 4th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a woman carrying a hammer walking along West 4th Street. She reportedly went into a residence near the (number withheld) block of West 4th Street to ask to use a phone, then left and was later seen near First Street and Massachusetts.
