Sparking power line near home on Yarrow Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and ambulance units were sent to a home near Yarrow Trail for a reported sparking power line close to the house. The situation was later determined to be a non-fire power line issue, and the electric company was notified while responding units were told to disregard.
