Report of suspicious vehicle towing freezer trailer

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a suspicious white Prius pulling a freezer trailer near Kit Carson, heading west on Highway 40 toward Lincoln County. Witnesses reported the driver opening the trailer and speaking into it, leading some to fear someone might be inside, but this was not confirmed.
