Driver behaving oddly with trailer on Highway 40

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a white freightliner Nissan truck towing a white trailer on westbound Highway 40 near Kit Carson. The driver reportedly opened the trailer and spoke toward the inside, leading to concern that someone might be in the trailer and that the driver’s behavior was not normal.
