Woman with cardiac history experiences racing heart

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded in Kulpmont to a possible cardiac emergency involving an adult woman at a residence near Pine Street. Units were also advised of a separate report of smoke and a burning odor in the basement of a home on Susquehanna Avenue, where the occupants were evacuating and police reported a haze with no visible flames.
