I young kid was hit by a vehicle at the corner of Avalon and S. School Ave. A woman I know, saw it in her rear view mirror. She was unsure if the vehicle stopped or fled the scene. The child was between 8-12 would be my guess, when they put her on the stretcher there was a loud yell of pain, but she was sitting up and conscious when they put her in the ambulance. I’m sure the family and the victim could use everyone’s Prayers.
