Vehicle vs. two pedestrians with minor injuries in Kuna

As discussed during the dispatch call, engine 61 and Medic 3 responded to a reported vehicle-versus-two-people incident near W 4th St and N Ash Ave in Kuna. Responders reported one vehicle on its wheels and two “green” (minor) patients up and walking at the scene.
