Dump truck briefly stuck off Highway 156 roadside

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a dump truck off the north side of Highway 156 east of La Plata. Responding units later reported that the truck was unstuck and had left the area, and the roadway hazard was cleared. A separate citizen request to speak with an officer was noted to be handled by phone.
