Store theft reported at Casey’s; BOLO for white/silver SUV with out-of-state plate

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported theft at Casey’s in Laddonia and issued a lookout for a white or silver SUV with an out-of-state plate (later described as Wisconsin). An officer reported stopping a possible matching vehicle near Hwy 19 and MO-564; the reporting party estimated 5–6 juvenile suspects.
