Hope they aren't sending TEAS ambulance. My mom fell at home and we wanted her to go to the hospital and they initially refused to take her. Then, when we insisted, one of the female medics told my mom that we were sending her away because we were giving up on her and did not love her. It's on body camera. I made several complaints about the situation, but was never given an apology. Mom still believes what that female medic told her about us giving up on her. If at all possible, do NOT send TEAS ambulance! Hope that medic lost her job.
