19-year-old male having seizure in La Grange

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to Town Road near La Grange for a male, about 19 years old, experiencing a seizure. Rescue medication was given but was not immediately effective. The patient was unconscious but breathing and had vomited. They were positioned on their side.
