People arguing outside vehicle on North Rolland Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers were dispatched to a possible disorderly incident near North Rolland Road, where two females stayed inside a vehicle while two males outside were yelling at each other. One male reportedly threw a water bottle at the caller’s windshield, and no physical assault was reported at that time.
