Will the law states you can't throw anybody out like that it's actually against the law and they can prosecute you for that I know it sounds crappy but that's the law you have to evict them through the court it's illegal to throw somebody's belongings out you will be held accountable for that and it's illegal to throw a person out physically you will be held accountable for that too
