Dirt bikes stopped and one flees in Sheridan alley

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a traffic stop involving a dirt bike in an alley near the 1000 block of Sheridan Street in Laramie. A second dirt bike reportedly left the area without stopping and was last seen heading into the alley near the same block.
