Perhaps these parents need to teach their children to be respectful. It is no easy task to drive that many children each day while they are yelling, not remaining in their seats. All the while distracting the driver which creates issues for safety. Perhaps they needed some discussion which takes time. Many parents have difficulty with just two children in their car and go ballistic as they refuse to listen. Kidnapping??? Give me a break!!!
