He's standing by the Mossdale Landing Community Park.

He states he walked back from where LPD transported him to.

He's wanting to retrieve his vehicle from three oaks, but he's stating his brother, is harassing him and he's concerned there will be a 242[1] if he tries to go retrieve it.
