Semi truck swerving and running red lights on US 74

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a teal cargo semi truck reportedly swerving eastbound near US 74 and Morgan Street. The call was transferred to highway patrol for a possible traffic violation and reckless driving. The caller later reported the same vehicle may have run a red light near Smithfield and a nearby Walmart.
