Two women in physical fight at Mill Street building

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance between two women at a residence near Mill Street. One woman was said to have come out of a nearby unit and physically attacked the other before going back into a second-floor apartment. No weapons were mentioned.
