Man vomiting blood, breathing irregularly at highway parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a possible serious medical issue involving an adult man in the parking lot of a Dollar General near US Highway 158 East in the Leasburg area. Radio traffic reports that he left a hospital earlier, has been vomiting blood, is conscious but not breathing normally, and has no vehicle at the scene.
