Woman possibly having stroke near Lebanon Junction

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to a location near Battle Training Road and Joe Prather Highway for a 69-year-old woman with possible stroke symptoms, including weakness, slurred speech, and left-side deficit, with a history of diabetes and a prior brain tumor.
