Yard fire caused by fallen line on Ninth Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported yard fire near Ninth Street in Levelland, possibly started by a fallen line beneath a tree. The fire appeared to be brought under control with water, and police and fire units were on scene.
