Smoke from air conditioner blast at Liberty apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS were dispatched to a possible structure fire at an apartment complex near West Sycamore Street in Liberty after reports of an air conditioner explosion and heavy smoke. Crews found smoke in the parking lot and traced the source, and it was later reported there was no active fire, though smoke was still present. One woman was transported to a hospital for mental health evaluation, and residents in upstairs units were evacuated as a precaution, including those in apartments nine through sixteen.
