Loud vehicles reported near Green Valley and Liberty

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised to look for loud vehicles, including motorcycles, near Liberty Road and Green Valley Road in the Libertytown area. A white Hyundai Santa Fe with an apparently expired registration was also mentioned.
