Man burning weeds with propane torch by roadside

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Elm Street and Dalton Road for a report of a man burning weeds with a propane torch by the roadside, near a church entrance. An ambulance arrived on scene and a utility vehicle was requested to assist.
