24-year-old man with chest pain after unprescribed Adderall

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a possible cardiac medical emergency involving an adult man with chest pain near West South Street in Lincoln. He was reported to be in a gray pickup truck in a parking lot with the hazard lights on, after apparently taking unprescribed medication.
