Tractor driving wrong way on Tribune Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic hazard involving a tractor traveling the wrong way on Tribune. Units moved to block Tribune from Second Avenue to prevent additional wrong-way drivers. Other radio traffic also mentioned a separate patient with chest pain and an ambulance transfer to a hospital in Florida.
