Person with flashlight seen on rural property

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller on Morris Road in the Lisbon area reported possible suspicious activity after seeing a person with a flashlight walking around the property. The caller briefly went outside to contact the person, but the individual did not respond and there was no vehicle seen nearby.
