Unresponsive female showing stroke symptoms at Sibley Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews and mutual aid ambulances were dispatched to a location on South Sibley Avenue in Litchfield for a report of an unresponsive female with a possible stroke. Radio updates indicated she was breathing but not responsive and showed apparent facial drooping on one side. One officer was on scene while rescue units and an additional ambulance responded, with one primary ambulance service tied up on another call.
