Suspicious pickup parked with flashers on

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious black pickup truck with its flashers on for about an hour near a residence on 50th Avenue in the Culdrum area by Flensburg. The caller spoke with the male driver and did not notice clear signs of trouble, but the vehicle reportedly remained parked with hazard lights on.
