Pickup truck chases bicyclist near East Union Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from the Village of Little Valley that a gray pickup truck apparently drove through a yard and chased a person riding a bicycle near East Union Street before heading toward nearby railroad tracks and turning near Route 417.
