Traffic crash with possible broken leg injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a traffic crash on West County Road 74E west of County Road 37 involving an apparent 42-year-old woman with a possible lower leg or ankle fracture. Air medical support was canceled while other units continued in emergent response.
