Female found unresponsive but breathing near Wood Creek

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent to a home near Wood Creek for a report of a woman who had fallen and was initially described as unresponsive with uncertain breathing. A deputy later reported that she was conscious, breathing, and had a pulse. At the same time, responders also discussed a separate two-vehicle crash reported near Pennsylvania Beach.
