Smoke reported near highways 39 and 54 in Logan

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were paged to check a report of smoke near the intersection of Highway 39 and Highway 54 in the Logan area. The reporting party saw smoke east of the train tracks but no flames. After a unit checked the area and reported conditions looked okay, the response was canceled.
