Man with COPD experiencing shortness of breath arrives at hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a male patient near Logan Regional Medical Center who appeared to have shortness of breath and a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Vital signs were reported as stable and the patient was on supplemental oxygen.
