False commercial fire alarm at recreation center

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a commercial fire alarm at a recreation center on Kiesner Road, but it was later determined to be a false alarm and the response was canceled. A separate service call involved a locked vehicle with a lethargic dog inside near Lincoln and 5th.
