Black SUV driving on rim near Atherton and Ximeno

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a possible traffic hazard near Atherton Street and Ximeno Avenue involving a black SUV with a tire tread coming off and reportedly driving on one rim, last seen heading toward Pacific Coast Highway.
