A large group of individuals was riding bikes eastbound on Broadway and nearby streets. They were causing a public safety hazard and blocking traffic. Officers were trying to intercept and contain the group near St. Anthony Place, Barrett Avenue, and the skate park area by coordinating their movement and attempting to get them to stop in one location.
