Crash with entrapment and multiple injured persons

As discussed during the dispatch call, hartville Fire and medical units responded to a reported traffic accident with entrapment on the 9300 block of Ravenna Avenue Northeast, in front of a building numbered in the 9300 range. Crews arriving on scene reported apparent multiple patients.
