Car strikes bicyclist at Cornell and Fourth Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported that a vehicle apparently struck a bicyclist near Cornell Avenue and Fourth Street in Lovelock. Multiple units responded, and an ambulance was requested to the scene.
