Woman overdoses on insulin and medications

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are responding to a reported accidental overdose involving insulin, Ambien, and gabapentin near Bridge Street in Lowell. A 46-year-old woman with blood cancer and diabetes is reported to be conscious and breathing.
