3. Neighbor could have a service worker at their home; they wouldn't have to inform OP of that. 4. Neighbor could have ordered food: they would've have to inform OP of that. 5. Neighbor could have a rental car; they wouldn't have needed to inform OP of that. 6. Vehicle could be parked there because they walked somewhere nearby; owner would not have needed to inform OP of that. 7. Vehicle could be disabled or otherwise broken down; over would not have needed to inform OP of that. OP is most likely extremely disliked by both their neighbors and the local police. No one actually calls the police to report an unoccupied car parked in their neighborhood....it isn't any of OP's business. Some neighbors are seriously THE WORST.

WHO on earth calls the actual police all bc a vehicle parked in their neighbor is unfamiliar to them? That is absolute abuse of police resources, and just WILD that someone would be so entitled that they truly believe they ***need to know*** the identity of every single person, and vehicle, in their neighborhood. Totally unreasonable on their part. Just a handful of the MANY reasons an "unknown" vehicle could be driving or parked in OP's neighborhood: 1. Neighbor could have bought a different vehicle; they wouldn't have to inform OP of that. 2. Neighbor could have a friend or family member over; they wouldn't have to inform OP of that.
